What is this Product about?

This unsecured loan offers a quick cash boost for your needs. Repay in fixed monthly installments over a set term, with a clear interest rate factored in.

Who is eligible to apply?

Malaysian citizens aged 26-60 with a minimum monthly income of RM2,500 qualify.

What are the best features of this financing?

Financing amount: Minimum of RM 5,000 to a Maximum of RM 50,000.
Tenure: From 2 Years (24 months) to 5 Years (60 months).
Interest rate: Fixed at 5.5%
Loan Repayment Amount: Depending on the duration and loan amount Loan.
Repayment Frequency: Monthly.
Settlement: Anytime within the tenure.

What are my obligations?

You'll make fixed monthly payments over a term of 24-60 months (as specified in the agreement).
Late payments will incur a daily interest charge of 8.0% p.a. on the outstanding amount.

What are the fees and charges absorbed by me for this financing?

A one-time stamp duty of 0.50% of the total loan amount or RM10 (in accordance with the Stamp Act 1949 (revised 1989)), whichever is higher.
Legal processing fee is waived

Can I fully settle the financing before its maturity?

You may settle the financing at any point before its maturity.
Full financing amount must be settled for you to be considered discharged of your obligations.

Do I need a guarantor or collateral?

No guarantor or collateral is required. However, this may be requested on a case-by-case basis.
